Q. Is there a drainage system built into the receiver?

Q. Is there a "pet unit" of LOV Notes available?
A. A LOV Notes unit is perfect for the "pet cemetery" or at the home of a grieving pet owner. (A great way to remember that special pet friend).

Q. The artwork is so unique where did it originate?
A. The artwork on top of the bronze heart was created by a grieving
artist as an expression, that LOV is stronger than death. The 3
creations are called "flutterflies". They are the mighty messengers
of the heart, connecting us "spirit to spirit".

Q. How much does it cost to have it installed at a cemetery?
A. Cemetery fees vary from facility to facility.

The following Questions address the concerns of the cemetery:
Q. What if the RECEIVER is too long?
A. Cut at 1-inch increments. Examples: ~ 1", 2", etc. VERY IMPORTANT: If you need to shorten the receiver, always cut the bottom end. An 8-inch RECEIVER can initially hold 300 notes, if you need to cut the RECEIVER shorter than 8-inches we recommend offering a LOV Notes Home unit.

Q. Our cemetery has "double vaults", there is not enough room to install a LOV Notes RECEIVER, what should I do?
A. Then for the LOV Notes suggested retail price you may offer your
client a LOV Notes Home unit, (or refer them directly to LOV Notes).
They can take it to their home or any area of their choice along
with the instructions on how to install it themselves.

Q. Will we be able to mow over the top of the LOV Notes unit?
A. Yes. The bronze is recessed into the concrete frame and the frame is flush mounted with the ground.

Q. Can the unit hold up to our heavy equipment that we must use in our daily operations?
A. Yes. The concrete is as thick or thicker than is traditional at the cemetery. In addition, our concrete is reinforced and is produced by Automatic Wilbert Vault Company Inc. (Also: Sealed with Industrial sealer). (During the design stage of the LOV Notes unit the needs of the cemetery and groundskeepers were addressed.)
"Physical form has ended NOT the relationship"
Robin and Gary Parsons took the energy of their GRIEF and created "LOV Notes" to be used as a GRIEF-RELIEF tool, as an expression of the CONTINUING RELATIONSHIP ~ which gives everyone a tangible way to STAY CONNECTED to their loved one through a physical symbol. Allowing them the opportunity to write and express as they feel moved to.
